If it's early in the week and I want to see which trains will be messed up on the weekend, I use the Weekender. When you ride the system every day or almost every day you learn to add time on, especially on weekends, when there are numerous detours/trains running on different tracks than their usual one. All apps can't take into consideration accidents or construction or hold ups because of inclement weather, trains with sick passengers, etc. It will miss things like detours that are necessary because of parades or street fairs. Imho that program almost always underestimates the amount of time it takes to get from one place to another. I have to disagree with Jenny about the timing factor using Google Maps.
